Our Services
We conduct targeted and/or non-targeted metabolite studies built on robust experimental design and reliable sampling. These analyses capture cellular metabolic states, reveal biomarkers of health or disease, and track metabolic responses to environmental and genetic influences using complementary analytical and informatics platforms.
We operate in a collaborative manner and work with you around your biological question. With our expertise in metabolomics and your knowledge of the biology, we work on the best strategy for development of a research plan.
Metabolomics Australia has extensive experience handling and analysing diverse sample types, including (but not limited to) biofluids (plasma, serum, urine), tissues (muscle, liver, brain, kidney), cells, plant tissues, and fecal matter.
