Senior Program Manager, Centre for Public Impact
Keira began her professional life as a paediatric nurse in the UK. After 7 years working in the evaluation of projects and programmes to improve children's outcomes in the UK, in January 2022 she moved to Melbourne to join the Centre for Public Impact team in Australia.
The Centre for Public Impact believes in the potential of government to bring about better outcomes for people, yet, the systems, structures, and processes of government today are often not set up to respond to the complex challenges we face as a society. The Centre works in different ways with departments and teams to support the development of cultures of learning, the means for experimentation and the relationships they need to respond effectively to these challenges and build a world that works better for everyone.
