Fast battery charging
Thanks to a new process invented by researchers at the University of Melbourne, we are now prepared to offer licensing of an optimised battery charging technology. This groundbreaking technology reduces charging times by over 60 per cent, and is poised to flip the lithium battery industry on its head.
The technology
The charging process uses an application-specific polarity circuit (ASPC) to align molecules in the battery as it charges, speeding the process significantly.
Market need
This invention impacts any device which uses standard lithium ion battery technology. The market implications are enormous.
Technology status
Several prototype chargers have been created and tested. A patent has been filed for the process.
