Recruit an international student

Opening recruitment to international students is an ideal way to expand and diversify your talent pool.

Most international students who have recently graduated from an Australian educational institution can obtain a Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485), which allows them to live and work in Australia for a period of 1.5 to 4 years without employer sponsorship.

Become an industry mentor

Our mentoring programs connect students, alumni and professionals to prepare students for lives of professional contribution and leadership.

Through a structured one-to-one relationship, you can provide crucial guidance and support in the early stages of career planning, and valuable insight for those students ready to transition beyond study.

Professional development for your organisation

As the way we work evolves, keep your skillset relevant with a range of development opportunities from the University of Melbourne’s continuing, professional and executive education programs.
