New research translation collaboration

The University of Melbourne and Monash University officially launched a new $80 million biomedical research enterprise to lift commercialisation and collaboration of research and innovation outcomes. This is an excellent outcome that addresses one of the major hurdles in academic drug discovery and development.

Professor Danny Hoyer, a TTRI Steering Committee member, together with others, has secured this new opportunity for the development of therapeutic technologies, as many would have read in the DVCR's message.

An announcement about this exiting research enterprise has been highlighted in several media outlets, including in The Australian.
